Very nice experience renting a car from this location, in Aug 2017 (booked a full size online and got a very nice upgrade to an Intermediate SUV Nissan Murano which was excellent). The staff is very polite and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Robert W. was the gentleman who prepared my papers when I picked up the car. The return was also very easy and it took less than 10 min. Thank you for your good services.

My boyfriend and I rented a car here today in Toronto. We are from the States. Because we are unfamiliar with the area and the car assigned to us did not have a navigational system in it I opted to pay extra and get a gps unit for the day. They obviously have not updated the gps unit in some time . We had issue after issue trying to get to Niagara and coming back. We are both very technically inclined so I am confident this was not an "operator error" - most everyone can properly use a gps. We got to where we were going and got back to the city this evening . We needed to refuel the car to avoid additional charges. We selected a nearby has station pn the gps. The gps is so incredibly out of date that it had us driving in circles for 45 minutes because it was completely unaware of intersections in which you could not turn left and it did not regsiter one way roads . So every time it would tell us to go somewhere we had to go straight or the opposit direction because it was physically impossible to turn in the direction indicated. After 45 minutes of driving in circles at night in a city we weren't familiar with we finally used landmarks we recognized from walking around yesterday to get us back to the parking garage and return the car. So now not only will I be charged for a gps unit that was useless pretty much everywhere other than a major hwy we will also be charged a ridiculous rate for refueling the car Im sure because we were unable to use the gps to locate a petrol station. I called this evening after we finally got back to our hotel to customer service, she said the branch will contact me in 5 days. On the plus side they had pretty good service in store , the women at the desk were very polite and professional .

Very happy with the service I received when I hired a car from here in February 2017. Staff were friendly and service was very quick. They didn't try to up-sell anything I didn't need, they just gave me the car and I was off. The only flaw was when I returned it was a national holiday (Family Day?) so no staff were there to collect the car from me. I had to do a bit of guessing where to leave the actual car, although there was a dropbox for the keys. Overall very good, I'd happily recommend.
