Excellent customer service Outstanding Communication Great Selection of transportation Clean Cars and SUVs Paper work prepared appropriately Prompt Pick up and drop off Deposit returned after the car is returned to the right location with the gas fill up. What more can you ask from a car rental place. Reviews should have clarity and if you have any concerns kindly suggest ways to resolve them. Criticism is not the way to resolve concerns. You should try constructive criticism which will help everybody.

The car was ok. But... Despite no deviation in the rental period and no damage to the car, the estimated cost has deviated about 300 CAD from the actual cost. I reached out to the Customer Service, but they only explained that there are fluctuating airport fees and taxes, and maybe I did not understand the insurance stuff, so it's my own fault. I picked up the car at Pearson and gave it back at this location. No idea who is responsible for the final invoice.  In the future I will certainly avoid renting a car from Dollar.

They charged me 400 dollars instead of the agreed 270 and gave me a different car than the one I rent! Who do I call now to get refunded?! Not cool at all to put people in this situation. I live outside of Canada so now I'm gonna have to make expensive international calls to try and get my money back. Thanks! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Cars not ready for reservation time. Over an hour wait for a prebooked vehicle. Terrible customer service.

Every thing went well as planned. The car was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly. Highly recommended.

They charged me for an extra day even though I returned the vehicle on time. When I called and complained, they refunded me. No harm no foul, but just be aware and check your credit card statement when renting from this location.

Had a good experience renting from the Dollar outlet at 140 Carlton in Toronto. The price was good-a little over C$50-and the car, a relatively new compact Kia, was clean and in good condition. Carlos, the agent on site, was friendly, efficient, and Covid-sensitive.

They charged me extra for insurance. But they didn’t mention anywhere when I was renting via priceline.

Great service and by far the best prices for car rentals in downtown Toronto.
