Dollar Rent a Car

I work near this location, and have rented several vehicles from them. I've always found Kim to be pleasant, and helpful. Cars were clean, full of gas and ready to go. At times the location is busy, it's a small office so it feels even busier with just a couple of people in it. All in all, I keep going back as I get great service and good cars!

I made a reservation with my friends for a car the day before. When we arrived, we had to wait 40 minutes to get to know that the system is overbooked and no car is available anymore.. Everyone in the line made a reservation as well and nobody got a car. The manager didn't do anything except saying that we could wait a bit more so eventually(!) there would be a car available in the next hours! NEVER AGAIN!

I rented through a travel website with this Dollar location. Received several confirmation emails including one the morning of my rental pickup date. Arrived at Dollar- my reservation was cancelled. The best answer they could provide was "I don't know why, but maybe the rate they gave you was too low". Phoned the travel website who still had my booking intact. They had no van available even though my reservation was made 2 months in advance. Wouldn't help to phone other locations. No sense of urgency. Don't waste your time. Rent from Budget Enterprise or Alamo.

Ms. Kim was very very helpful when we were stuck in the middle of winter and we needed a SUV with snow tires. Excellent service with true care. We were very impressed. Highly recommended!!!!
