The customer service at dollar was better than expected. I rented a car through dollar online but when I went to pick it up the man at the desk told me that he will offer me the same rate through hertz instead and I didn't mind. Keep in mind that dollar,thrifty and hertz are all in the same place. Everything went better than I expected and no extra charges except for insurance if you want it. I did the Calgary to Vancouver route with reasonable price. I recommend this location!

We came 10 minutes after 6 pm on Friday. Brandon stayed with us even though they already logged off their system & he was almost in his car to go home. Very efficient & enjoyable experience.

Impolite manager, impolite staff.  I'd recommend ANY other rental company.  Without telling me, charged my card an extra $260 because my car was towed from the spot they told me to park it.  Eventually was refunded - but it took way too much time and effort.
