Welcome to Endless Biking! We are a full-service mountain bike experience provider in North Vancouver, BC, open all year long!

Since 2004, Endless Biking has been changing lives through mountain biking experiences. Our trained professional guides and instructors offer mountain bike tours and lessons for adults and youth from all over the world. Endless Biking also offers quality custom rental bikes and equipment, allowing you to try the latest and greatest product on the market.

Take many up close pictures of the bike and Do Not buy the "insurance" if you rent from here. Went with a friend to rent a bike from there. Everything went smooth getting the bike and the bike selection was pretty good. The return was where things went wrong. They claimed there was damage on the fork. The damage consisted of a few small scratches. We could hardly see them and there is no way that you would have noticed them before getting the bike. Even if you took pictures of the bike before hand, it would be near impossible to notice any change from the return. Either way, they said this type of damage had a minimum charge of $90 and was NOT covered in the insurance that was purchased before the ride! We really feel like we got scammed and it was a easy way for them to take some money from a expecting customer. Ended up spending a small fortune for a 2 hour ride. We know that we took care of the bike, there was no wipe outs and we stuck to the two easiest trails at the bottom of Fromme. Be weary when renting and know that the contract has many exclusions for the insurance and minimums for certain damage. I have heard great things about their tours and courses, so I cannot discredit that, it was the main reason we rented from there. I now have a bad taste in my mouth from the shop.

Bike selection is great. Online booking for more than one day isn't that user-friendly and the site seemed to misbehave on mobile and on laptop. Customer service was decent over the phone and via email, but when I picked the bike up, the kid working looked like he didn't have much interest in being there. There was a price-discrepancy between what I was quoted and what I paid, the difference being $60. EB said that they had "made a mistake when booking", despite three emails and a phone call having happened, and two different employees (one on the phone and one at the time of bike rental) having confirmed that the original price is what I would pay. They simply charged me a different price than we had agreed on and had no interest in changing that, or even offering anything to "make it right". All in all, they are a business that is doing well because of lack of formidable competition in the area. I'm sure the lessons are good, as many locals recommend them, but I didn't have a great experience aside from the riding itself.

Had a 3 hour private lesson last week with Jamie. It was awesome, Jamie was very patient with me and learned me how to properly do berms, jumps and drops. And guys at the shop were awesome and helped me fix my derailleur before the lesson. Definitely coming back !!!
