West Point Cycles

This is a late review for the shop. Earlier this summer, I was searching around for a few days for a shop that would do last minute repairs on my bicycle before taking off on a long cross-country cycling trip. After facing near universal rejection, the owners at this shop understood my situation and finished up the work on my bicycle within 24 hours (a day earlier than expected). The quality of the work and the components was very high. There is a price that comes with it, but I had a great experience and absolutely no mechanical issues and only a handful of unavoidable flat tubes on almost 7500 km of cycling. I highly recommend this professional, prompt, and high-quality shop.

They were very helpful in helping me choose the right size for my bike. I wanted it in a different colour however, but it was no problem for them to ship it over from another location. They picked out a more comfortable seat for me and installed that along with a kickstand. I went in the next day and it was all ready to go for me! If I need any other parts I will definitely be back!

I rented a wetsuit for the Whistler triathlon from West Point. It was last minute and they were very helpful finding something that would work for me. The group I was with was driving back to the states Sunday evening after the event, and West Point closed at 5 so I wasn't sure if I would make it. They stuck around until 8:15 so I could drop it off. All over an amazing experience and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you again!

I've bought a few bikes at Bike Dr. On West Broadway. The service at westpoint compared to.... Well really every other place I've bought a bike is incomparable. The lady who helped us was incredibly helpful and made the bike purchase totally easy. I'll be back. I just wished they had a larger selection of kids bikes. But the customer service at Westpoint is the best I've experienced in Vancouver.
