Called in looking for a coil for my new bike today. Cameron was super helpful and detailed with his advice and excellent knowledge. He was able to find what i needed and was able to get me in the same day to install it. While i was there the staff were friendly and helpful while looking around. Cameron and harry stayed late to get the job done and i would 100% be coming here for service and recommend them to anyone who is looking for high customer service and knows their stuff. These guys are the real deal! Props dunbar

I’ve had consistently great experiences with Steed Cycles in North Vancouver over the past year. I first came in looking for a specific bike, and Hayden went above and beyond, then while looking for bike racks, he pulled the one I’d been eyeing plus two alternatives, walked me through the pros/cons, and ultimately suggested a smarter solution I wouldn’t have found on my own. He then took the time to thoroughly check my bike and make sure the fit and setup were perfect. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend Steed for their knowledgeable, full-service approach and genuine care for riders. A+ Hayden.

I picked up my new road bike from Steed a week ago and I’m super happy not only with the bike but with the service. Pat was awesome, as was the rest of the staff, having taken the time to answer my questions and set up the bike exactly how I wanted it. I’ve bought a few bikes through steed since 2010 and they have been consistently great to work with. Excellent, passionate staff, awesome products, and a superb shop. 100%  recommended.
