Blake, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make sure my first time at Eddie V’s was an evening to remember! The restaurant is very nice and spacious. Several areas for private dining or an evening on the town. I also enjoyed the live music played by the band. I visited during Chicago restaurant week and was amazed by the wonderful dinner deal they offered. 3-course dinner for $39! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for good food and great service. Thanks Blake!

Probably one of the best meals I've ever had in my life, and I've been all over Europe and was born in New Orleans, so that doesn't come lightly. Service was amazing, ambiance was classy and everyone there made our experience lovely while celebrating my wife's birthday. Every dish and drink we had was exquisite. Cannot recommend this place enough.

High-end dinning done right! Had a wonderful and professional server who made the experience so classy. Food was heavenly; perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. I had the Chilean sea bass and it was amazing. Service was smooth and timely.

My boyfriend and I scheduled to come in for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. The ambiance was so beautiful and the staff was very sweet. Our server was Diana. She was very knowledgeable of all dishes, gave tasty recommendations, and would check on us every often to see if we needed anything. Our favorites were the New York strip, and the shell fish tower. To end the night, we had a delicious desert. We had such an amazing experience. We are excited to come back in the near future.

Excellent food! Steak was perfect, crusted w/parmesan medium well! But, the service was even better! Alyssa, made our dinner really special. I would definitely ask for her, take your experience to the next level!

When you go to a place like this, you hope its worth the money... and it was worth the $$$$!  Booked this place wanting a fancy dinner, and understanding it was a little more expensive and it did not disappoint!  From the start the service was exceptional.  The calamari was great, one of the better ones I've ever had.  The ribeye was massive and very tasty!  Also cooked to perfection.  The side of truffle mac n cheese was the best mac I've ever had.  Definitely recommend for a nice dinner or special occasion!

Our server was EXCELLENT. He was very knowledgeable, personable, funny, and attentive. Dinner was paced very well. The oysters were amazing. We wanted to order more, but knew the food journey we were on would not allow. The New York strip with the lobster tail was cooked to perfection. The filet was beyond perfect, the scallops brown butter sauce seeped into the steak making perfect even better. The cocktail selection was on point as well. We finally settled on the maverick and the hope diamond as our champions. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and decadence of flavors. Alyssa was my waitress for the evening and she was courteous and receptive to all my needs. She is a true professional and a five star representative for this establishment. Eddie V’s belongs among the top Five Star rated Michelin restaurants. I’ve dined in some of the finest restaurants, from Tavern On the Green to Prime in Bellagio’s and Le Cirque in Vegas, and this place deserves every star!

Oh my goodness.... everything from the ambiance of dim lighting, candle lit dinner, live music was spectacular. It was my birthday and the service from Icy was perfect. I was there for my birthday and my experience was made memorable. I spent had an opportunity to chat with the manager to get the history of the establishment. I live in TX and this was my first time hearing of this place.

We went for restaurant week and ordered additional sides with our meal. We got our appetizers, which were good and then an hour later we got our entrees. We weren’t even hungry at that point because we had been waiting for so long. Our waitress completely disappeared from the area at that time. My filet ordered medium rare was barely even warm by the time it came out. The servers started closing down the restaurant while we were eating our entrees. We didn’t even get our dessert yet and you could have still made reservations that started at that time. The food would have been good if it came out in a timely manner, but the way the handled the situation has made me sure I will never come back here again. For what you are paying to eat here restaurant week or not, the service should be outstanding.
