Econo Lodge Elmira-Corning

Actually a lot better than I expected. The room was clean, sheets clean, bed comfortable, quite, front desk was polite and got me checked in and out quick, water pressure was awesome in shower, they had shampoo and conditioner in the shower, I got a king bed room. Only thing I wish they had breakfast but for about $77 or so that’s not quite expected. Overall worked for me. Closest I could find to Ithaca for a good price. Taco Bell open rignt next door which as clutch. Only suggestion is whoever owns the parking lot in and out of the place needs to fix the roads, enormous potholes, that’s unacceptable for the amount off commerce coming in and out and they should be ashamed. But anyways I thought it was a great value hotel. Would gladly come back. Wish I got a pic of room but I didn’t. But typical amenities of microwave and fridge. No coffee maker but they have the coffee in lobby with creamer. As a choice hotels gold member I recommend it.

The room is big in size and very clean. It is near to Watkins glen and Seneca lake. Beds are comfortable and they also provide free coffee and juice. Location is also very good as there are lot of food options near by. Highly recommended

It was such a pleasure to deal with the manager of this hotel very accommodating, very helpful, and I enjoyed my stay. It was restful and the pillows were outstanding. Thank you very much. This hotel sits right along the interstate which is helpful. There’s restaurants and stores very close by walking distance out of all my stays in this general area This one was the best I felt very welcomed.

I recently stayed here and overall, it served its purpose well as a 2-star hotel. It has all the necessary amenities, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable—we slept great.nnThe hotel has been recently renovated, the hallways smell great, and the best part is the location—it’s right in the center of so many restaurants. Truly a hotspot for food and convenience.nnThat said, I do hope they improve the cleanliness a bit. While the room was generally tidy and dust-free, there was some hair in the sink and leftover soap in the tub, which made it feel less disinfected than I’d like. Not unbearable, but a little more attention would go a long way.nnAlso, when the hotel isn’t full, it would be helpful to space guests apart. Our neighbors were extremely loud—TV blasting, and even an alarm going off at 2:30 AM for nearly an hour. I appreciate that the front desk addressed it when I called, but the walls aren’t well soundproofed.nnAll in all, for the price, I would stay again. It’s a comfortable place to rest for the night, in a fantastic location, with good service. Just a little more disinfecting would make it even better.
