Josiah Scott was amazing! He was informative and extremely professional. They were very bust at the store but he made us feel like we were the only people there. We will come back for our furniture needs because of the excellent customer service we received from him! That my husband sitting on our new couch!
After searching for the perfect furniture for my apartment for weeks, I was delighted to not only find some of the most beautiful pieces of furniture of all Upstate NY but to have also had the pleasure of working with Josiah Scott. I came to Ashley Furniture prepared to work with a sales rep and Josiah was everything but that. He was polite, genuine, and very respectful. He had an answer to every question and took his time to make sure he understood exactly what I was, or wasn’t, looking for. I was able to almost completely furnish my apartment within a few hours thanks to his help. I would highly recommend seeking him out as a representative to work with or at the very least for a chance to talk with him!
My new married name is Samantha Space. We made a trip to Ashely this past Saturday. ,We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the doors. The GM was very welcoming and let us know where to began our search with the furniture we were looking for. As we made our way back we were greeted by a young man by the name of David who let us know what the store had to offer as for types of furniture and labor day sales that were happening and where to look which was in the same direction that the GM told us about . As my husband and I looked with our daughter, karra, David once again greeted us as. Asked up if we had any questions and to let him know when we were ready. We appreciated his loyalty to us a lot!nOnce we found our selection, David was there to answer more of our questions, go over prices and showed us the kiosk to move forward with a possible purchase . David was with us the whole time and showed us that he was knowledgeable, courteous and on top of making sure we felt important. We bought a reclining couch set this day and we are happy with the purchase and look forward to its delivery. If it is wasn’t for the professionalism we felt that day, we would have left. We were in search of the perfect mattress for our individual needs, one side plush and soft and the other side medium. Our sales professional David was very knowledgeablenWith the mattresses we were looking for and got us fitted with the perfect ones that fit our needs. We are very please with David and appreciate his patience and understanding while making a very important purchase. My experience could not have been better at Ashley in Horseheads! David approached me while I was browsing.nnHe was quick to assess my needs and learn about my style. He made helpful suggestions and didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision right away like I've experienced at other stores.nnDavid also allowed me to pick up right where we left off when I wasn't ready to make a decision right away.
