Service was nice the guy was helpful and even helped deliver it personally up two flights of stairs after hearing we sleep on the floor to help us get our bed sooner. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose the best fit for our need

When purchasing a bed from America's Mattress, notice was received that the order was ready to pick up, however, not all items were there. Receiving the remaining order took an extended period of time and an added 60- mile trip. When it was discovered that the intended recipient of the bed had just received a new bed from another relative, American Mattress would not provide a refund or store credit. At first, the sales representative stated that they couldn't take items back, because it couldn't be assure that the item wasn't used. After relaying that the merchandise was still fully sealed in original wrapping and boxing, his next line was that it was against policy....from the time it leaves the lot. Buyer beware! Don't even load an item from this business unless you unwrap it and check it out thoroughly. If you're looking for a business where customer service and satisfaction are a concern...this is NOT the place to shop!

This is a great place to buy a bed! Locally family owned so they offer good service and great prices!
