Reading reviews making me nervous when I have to pick up the car and rent it for 4 days. i tried to call them like million times and no one ever picked up unlike the downtown location.nnHowever, I had no issue in both pick up and return processes. The car that I rented a tesla model 3 also worked fine during the whole period. Just a minus one star because I was charged twice for the bill in my credit card and then the duplicated one got cancelled phew and because they never pick up the calls from anyone.

Dirty Windshields like it’s foggy outside, tire pressure FL at 34.8PSI, rest at 26PSI even if car requires 33PSI, tire pressure warning went off. Asked customer service staff at pick up if car has winter tires because it’s expected to snow 10-15cm on Sunday - no car with winter tires available at this station. Wiper fluid is just water - great job at temperatures around -2°C! Had to pay for adjusting tires pressures today and tomorrow have to buy winter wiper washing fluid as we’re driving up to Quebec. I call that a big road safety issue that’s not what I expect from one of the biggest rental companies with a station in Canada where it’s known to be cold, icy and snowing in November!!! Booked „premium class Chrysler 300 or similar“ got a SUV Ford Escape as there’re no premium cars available at this time of the year - so why is it available to book then?! Between hood and windshield lots of leaves everywhere, doors all dirty. All together absolutely not happy with Hertz and this rental!

Be careful - Do not sign the vehicle inspection report prepared by them without seeing the car. I question the honesty and the integrity of those who run that concession. I had a bad experience with them. While picking up the vehicle, I noticed more scratches and dents on the car than what they reported on their inspection report. Nobody was there at the area where I picked the car. As soon as I got to my hotel, I made many phone calls until I was able to reach them. They told me not to worry about it. I had no accident with the car. I was in Montreal for a funeral. After I returned the vehicle, I received an email stating that there was a dent on the trunk and a chip on the windshield. I declined the responsibility for such damages. Their own inspection report did show a total of 7 scratches and dents. They have been collecting money for damages but they don’t repair the car. This is a big scam. Those running that concession are not honest. I will never ever rent a car from them again.

Would rent from Hertz at the Montreal Airport again. Overall good cars and we particularly liked our customer service. Hiba helped with our original pickup and was very patient despite a long line behind us. Ahmad was very helpful in getting our car, sorting out existing damages, and carried a really positive and energetic attitude despite it being very late. He was really pleasant to work with during our pickup and dropoff and I highly recommend him. We did have an issue with a fuel charge but Peter he manager was quick to respond and fix the error. Overall had a great car and a very good experience. I would recommend this branch and would rent from here again!

Terrible experience at this Hertz location. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived my car wasn’t available. Traveling with my three kids in another country made it even more stressful, and the agent showed no urgency or care. I waited over two hours while customers without reservations were helped first. This was a nightmare, and I won’t rent from Hertz again or recommend them.
