I recently had a back-up in my main drain due to a build up of tree roots in my old clay pipes. Paul was quick to respond to my immediate issues and equally as fast and professional in arranging for a permanent repair and replacement. Paul seems very committed to responding to his customers immediately and is thorough and clear in explaining causes and repair options. I would not hesitate to recommend Drain 1 Plumbers.

I just want to give a shout out to Paul and Robert. Paul had Robert respond to our emergency within minutes by phone. And even though in all this crazy weather Robert wasn't able to make it to our place he was constantly communicating with me via phone and text and even helping out with what to do in the short term. Very professional and great customer service.

We did repairs in our bathroom and had to move the water pipes, make new drains and install a new shower system. We got advice to contact the company-Drain 1 Plumbers.
