Drain Rescue Plumbers Toronto

My neighbor had a drain issue, so they are using this company. They don't even follow laws and don't respect neighbors. They are making EXCESSIVE noise after 7 PM on Saturday. I called the company to tell them the situation. But she is extremely rude and did not even listen to me. She said by law they can work until 11PM!! What a crazy company... No wonder many people complain how horrible they are... I called 311 to file the claim. If they keep doing this I will call police. Dear Drain Rescue, You believe you are following the rule. Then please write your excuse here. You did not explain enough and gave me a bad attitude. I tried to be nice but cannot stand your response. Re Drain rescue, As I mentioned above, "my neighbor had a drain issue", so we did not get your service. This is not FAKE at all. This review is based on my experience. I don't want to call you anymore since you don't even listen to me. You said I can call 311, 911 anywhere, and also put bad review. I'm doing what you told me to do. I just need to share the information how horrible you guys are.

Best Service and best prices ever! Great customer service as well. Highly recommend! We are happy with them, especially my wife. They are flexible, detailed and professional at their jobs! Great communication and reasonable prices! I feel so grateful to have had a friend refer them to me!

Had a backed up sink in the basement that had a block very deep that I couldn't get too with a snake. The sink would fill up all the time and not drain. anytime I turned on the washing machine, dish washer or used the sink in the kitchen on the main floor. Vince came by and was very helpful, timely, professional and friendly. He did a quick job and made sure that everything was running smoothly. The price was very fair too! Will definitely call again when I need any help.

Excellent experience with these guys. They were very fast to solve my plumbing crisis. Was a pleasure to work with them, they were reasonable in price and timing. Also have great customer service if you have to call with any questions. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I'd call them right away!

I recently had Drain Rescue come to my house to fix my toilet that had been constantly running. At first, I thought I'd try to fix it myself - instead, I googled and found Drain Rescue plumbers. Brian came to my house: he was very polite and got my toilet working. The price was reasonable and the service was great ! I will definitely recommend "Drain Rescue" to Family and Friends!!.
