I have used them twice. Both times amazing experience.

Vadym Badenko was our technician twice and he is amazing.

Their prices are very reasonable and lower then other plumbers we obtained quotes from.

As a result of the recent cold our water pipe bursted. No need to say what a bad surprise it was for the whole family. We spoke with some big companies and the estimates we've gotten ranged from 450 to 800. My friend was very happy with Metro Plumbing and Drains and said that their prices were way more competitive. So, although I believe that you get what you pay for, I decided to give them a try. And you know what, I'm very satisfied with the service they provided. No complaints, everything was very professional, affordable and fast. A very positive experience. And yes, I'll recommend them in heartbeat.

I live in Toronto. The home is very old and is falling apart every day. I spent hundreds and thousands of dollars to keep all the systems running smoothly. However, just recently my upstairs washroom over-flowed onto my fire alarm. Everything was crazy the alarm was ringing, the water was dripping and my wife was screaming. So we called Metro Plumbing and Drains and we were pleased with the service. The plumber  was kind and professional. He gave us a membership and changes our toilet at an affordable price.  Thanks Metro Plumbing for your outstanding performance, I will definitely continue using your great services.

I recently bought an old house in Toronto. Before buying it I had and inspection done and the inspector suggest that I replace the water heater for the safety of my home. But when I started looking for companies to do the job it was all too expensive for my budget.  Then my neighbors recommended Metro Plumbing and Drains. They said that they had many great experiences with the company. So I booked an estimate.  When the plumber came he said offered me I price that I was happy to pay. He also recommended me a water heater that would suit my daily needs. I agreed and he ordered the water heater we decided on. In about a week the plumber and his helper arrived with the water heater and installed it on the same day. There were no hidden fees and I was fully happy with the job and the way my basement looked after they left. In about a month the company called me to ask how the water heater was working. I am extremely happy with the way I was treated by the staff of Metro Plumbing and Drains.
