I've never been to a DQ grill and chill before so this experience set it off for me. They were remodeling the lobby, it looked like a car went through the building so it needed fixed. The food was delicious and the ice cream was good.

If you love ice cream in the winter, the DQ on Washtenaw is always open except for they said they closed for one week around Christmas time

Desserts were good but restaurant table were not clean. Some stuff on floor. Furniture dated didnt look wiped down.

Food is pedestrian needs a complete makeover inside staff friendly the desserts are good but they have no bathroom so if you're coming here make plans for a pit stop first

Not only are the employees an unfriendly bunch but they can't even make the correct ice cream order, which they failed twice because they weren't listening.
