I rarely ever write reviews but I've had such a bad experience here that I had to share. A couple friends and I walked in excited, sat down, ate lunch we brought with us and waited for one of the guys to come ask what we would like. Oh, let me also mention, when we walked in they were sitting on the counter next to the register smoking something, smelt like weed. Back to the point, twenty minutes passed and they didn't even acknowledge us, so one of the girls asked are you gonna come ask us what we want or just chill, the guy literally said " we just chill." Honestly I've never been to a place with such horrible service. ZERO stars!!

So I see the guy "adeeb" is talking down on another hookah lounge because pita is struggling to keep customers and business. This place isn't a hookah lounge. It's more like a wannabe club and obviously doesn't care about their customers. Just care about making a quick dollar. Cover charge really?? Yeah this place isn't a hookah lounge at all. They just wanna make a quick dollar off of customers. I was in there awhile back and smelt weed iwas being smoked. Terrible business. Encore doesn't even charge $25 for a hookah. Depending on the size you get, you can get a hookah at Encore for as low as $15 with great service. Encore HAS never had a shooting incident while they been open. First thing about business Adeeb is that you need to make sure your customers feel safe and have a good time instead of trying to talk down on another business just to get business for a failing wannabe hookah lounge.
