Had several delivery issues with this location in the past, but tonight's takes the cake. Ordered through the Android app and paid ahead with a credit card. After waiting over an hour and a half, the driver told me that I couldn't have the order without showing a driver's license. Bear in mind, I had my signed Visa and another photo ID with me. Driver was quite rude during the entire exchange. Called and spoke with an assistant manager who was polite, but couldn't offer me anything more than telling me that it's company policy and there's nothing she can do. If you're going to refuse someone service, do it from the get-go. Don't make them wait almost two hours, then tell them you won't accept their Visa card that you've already charged.

The night manager onto the weekends here is the best! She made sure I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend.
