Rude and unprofessional staff. I don't like to generalize but my 2 visits were terrible comparing to other Discount locations. Even worse when you call, they barely answer or put you on hold and never answer..

Always check your credit card. They will reverse your deposit but charge you  5 to 7 days later. Yes even if your transaction is finish they will keep your credit card number. Not sure if that is even legal.

Had a rental during some body work being done at the Audi dealership. I received the rental at the dealership and it smelled like smoke. Had to go out of my way to exchange the car. Poor customer service too.
