Hertz Laval - Rent A car

It 's the best car rental agency that I have done business with. Good service, best price, respect for the customer, professionalism. In addition Mr Shara is really nice and knows well his job. He deserves the 5 stars.

Great Customer service! I've always dealt with Shara when renting a vehicle. He is very attentive to his client's needs. Extremely patient and goes out of his way to accommodate you!

There was nothing about this experience that wasn't 5 stars, but the proprietor is especially top notch. Even, if you don't need to rent a car, I would suggest you go there just for the pleasure of meeting this wonderful human. Not only does he seem to understand how to run a business for the long-term, he seems to really care about connecting with people. He will definitely be my go-to guy for any future car rentals. One minor thing with the vehicle, was that I couldn't get the Bluetooth working, but I'm guessing that was maybe just my inability.

This location provides great service with competetive prices. Mr. Shara is a real proffesionnal who keeps his word and pays attention to you as a customer. He also values your business and wants you to come back. I was fully satisfied with my rental experience, car was clean and taken care of and it was worth to choose this Hertz location. I also based my decision on reviews and am glad I did. They were 100% authenic. If needed, I will definitely come back. Thank you Shara.
