Enterprise Rent-A-Car

All the 1 Star reviews before mine are absolutely true. They don't put a hold on your Credit Card, they charge it upfront, so be aware. Also, they're rude with Customers and the least helpful Enterprise employees I've ever met! Go else where, I know I will!

ONE OF THE WORST ENTREPRISE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS COMPAGNY! One of the worst and loose manager of the area & low customer service!! They do not care about his customers offered a small 2-door car while it was only 4,in my reservation, said that customer satisfaction is not their PROBLEM, the gas was at 3 quarter and he was not full for an upgrade is $ 10 more ....... The girl who served me just wanted to take my money and took no care of the client satifisaction, Manager ask me to take the Car or we will CANCEL my reservation of 3 weeks if I was not happy ............ Management must be changed as soon as possible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional Manager Jean Augustine!! Worst experience ever!!! He should not even be in such a position!!! Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! Very bad experience!!!

Beware of this place, cars are dirty and they stink. Staff is not professional, they want to play nice but they will overcharge you at the end : ***Check your credit card statement for unexpected charges...they will give you some false reasons.*** Avoid this place at all costs.

Clerk called us to confirm our reservation and agreed to keep the store open for an extra minute (60 seconds) to let us in, because of traffic. We arrived at exactly the agreed upon time; we found locked doors and staff telling us that the store was closed, that their "system was offline since 1 minute". Bad attitude and unprofessional to lie to customers like that. We changed our reservation to go somewhere else instead. We'll never go to this place again.
