Discount Car and Truck Rental

I want to thank Hussam for the excellent customer service he provided earlier today when I came to rent a car. In addition to picking me up and bringing me to Discount Car and Rental, he went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the car that had been assigned to me (he even defrosted all the windows for me while I waited inside). It's the first time I've ever had to rent a car and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Thanks so much Hussam!

Terrible service . When I arrived at 13:45 ..4 people were having lunch at the same time . Car was filthy . Employees were rude. Sent 2 emails to head office to complain . Never heard a word . Will never deal with them again

They blocked my driver license because I once rented a car on behalf of a company and company never paid the parking ticket?

Horrible place, disorganized and unproffesional. Rented me a broken dolly, had a truck reserved and while i was ready to go they told me it had a mechanical problem, it was a brand new truck, so they gave me an older model, when i was leaving i saw him rent it to a friend of his. Just a bunch of idiots with no class, don't be suprised when they try to trick you too. Go to another discount location or another dealer.

Although Discount prices are good, but people there who in the front don't have the sense of deal with people . the guy kept me standing for 6 minutes and he went to answer a personal call !!! the guy in the back is good and friendly.
