at -21 Celsius thay decided to wash the car just before I pick it up. Car was ices completely,  impossible to heat it up so no visibility and dangerous to drive. Hey !!! Upper management !!! it is good for client to wash the car but may be not at -20 Deg? IT IS DANGEROUS!!!!!

Always excellent service. Free upgrade since they didn't have an Economy level car available.

Rented a van and time stamped on receipt was 8:55am and by the time they let me drive of was 9:20am. Brought it back at 11:15am and by the time I was served was 11:25am. Guy charges me for three hours instead of two. Tells me it's the computer. At this rate it's not 9.99/hour. In my case 2 hours cost me 15$/hour. If you want to be served right and just ask for Sabrina. She's more reasonable and courtious.
