Thanks very much to Discount staff including Joe the manager at the Montreal Mozart outlet!  The staff there went out of their way to help me when I encountered a glitch with the Discount contract system.  Customers are not just a number to them!

I was charged 20$ for returning the car a few minutes late, tank was full at my return, but I still got charged for gas. There isn't even a place to return the key if you come after closing hours
