I went in last week looking for something to help unclog my bathroom sink. A friend of mine had recommended a product called Green Gobbler, but when I went in I completely forgot the name and asked for Gob Stopper lol. So the poor girls were trying to find this unknown product until I finally looked up the text from my friend and found the correct name. Once I found the correct name it popped up right away and the sales girl walked me right over to the product. Once we got there, we discovered that there were several products available by this brand but none were for the clogged sink. I was positive my friend who is a plumber had said that I could pour it down the sink but the products we found were for backed up sewage etc. So just as we were about to give up her hand was feeling around on the shelf and boom she found the product for the clogged sink. It was not what I expected but, I did have a bottle of liquid drano at home so I used that first and then after the clog was gone I inserted the drain stick into both my shower and sink drain. I highly recommend that everyone use these sticks because I have not had any issues since and I want to thank those lovely ladies for their help and patience. Great job

Lots of great things for your home or yard

We went there to get the table top wood cut into two. Customer service girl was nice over the phone and informed that they provide the service and it is free. Prabh and the other person, who helped us were also nice and gave it a try, though the wood was really hard and heavy. They sorted the purpose of our visit. We really appreciate their service.

I went to buy some jamb extensions and the staff was very helpful in locating and also to cut them to my required lengths.

I ordered a gazebo online from this location, expecting a new item in a box. Instead, I got a call the next morning from a store representative telling me that I would need to come to the store and dismantle the floor model myself — and in return, they’d offer me a 15% discount.nnI honestly couldn’t believe it. How can a store ask a customer to come in and take apart a display unit themselves? Isn’t that a safety risk? Liability issue? What if someone gets hurt? It makes absolutely no sense and is completely unprofessional.nnTo make matters worse, I tried calling them several times that day to get some clarity — no one picked up until right before closing. Then, without any resolution or discussion, I received a notification the next day that my order had been cancelled.nnThis entire experience felt careless and frustrating. I expected better communication and at the very least, a proper explanation. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
