RONA

I went in last week looking for something to help unclog my bathroom sink. A friend of mine had recommended a product called Green Gobbler, but when I went in I completely forgot the name and asked for Gob Stopper lol. So the poor girls were trying to find this unknown product until I finally looked up the text from my friend and found the correct name. Once I found the correct name it popped up right away and the sales girl walked me right over to the product. Once we got there, we discovered that there were several products available by this brand but none were for the clogged sink. I was positive my friend who is a plumber had said that I could pour it down the sink but the products we found were for backed up sewage etc. So just as we were about to give up her hand was feeling around on the shelf and boom she found the product for the clogged sink. It was not what I expected but, I did have a bottle of liquid drano at home so I used that first and then after the clog was gone I inserted the drain stick into both my shower and sink drain. I highly recommend that everyone use these sticks because I have not had any issues since and I want to thank those lovely ladies for their help and patience. Great job

Ive been in 3 or 4 ronas edmonton and area. This is a whole different store from the others, Im speaking of the employees. I walked in the door and was greeted with good morning sir, is there something I can help you with. I said, im here for a lawn mower blade, I think im ok thanks. You will find your lawnmower blade down aisle 3 sir. Thank you...got to aisle 3 was greeted by a third person who tried to help me find the one I was looking for. The store didn't have so without me asking he looked to see if any of the other local stores had it. Unfortunately there are none this side of ontario. Anything else, I can help you with? And he did. I wandered the store was greeted with good morning Anything I can help you find? What a different experience from the store off Calgary trail and my home store manning. I have been in both multiple times more so to the manning store. I swear to you 90 percent of the time I will browse that store for an hour and not one employee will ask if I need help, lots of times I am looking for something but if no one wants to help they don't want my business very bad. Last time I went to manning was looking at counter tops I zig zagged my way between the displays studying the different ones all of the time while an employee was sitting at a desk just busy on his phone, I would guess maybe playing a game. Other times it seems there is no one working. So, to sum it up, if you want to shop at a building supply/ hardware store that still has the old style of want to help employees SHOP RONA SHERWOOD PARK. im from gibbons bi the way. I hope the employees and manager see this so they keep up the great service and not not make it seem like I made this whole experience up

My Dad called asking if they had tile in stock, he explained that I'd be driving across the city for it so we needed to know if they actually had 4. They said yes, place an online order to get it, so we did. I get there and guess who doesn't have them. I'd give zero stars if I could, train your customer service reps to visually confirm when someone calls in asking about stock

This store is not very conducive to succeeding. Please hire someone with actual knowledge of what they’re doing. Total waste of time dealing with a young lady at the front who didn’t know the first thing about cutting keys. I waited 15 minutes to get two keys cut then got home and they didn’t work, please do better Rona. Not to mention that half way thru machine broke down and she didn’t know how to fix it or bother to call anyone to help her. Very frustrating.
