Walked in and asked for the products I needed, and the service was great and fast. I even got a small discount too. Definitely my go-to store for home projects!

Reached out to the store to get a discontinued product and to price match it to the exact same price as the one that was a different color and to have it shipped to me in Calgary. They wouldn’t accommodate my request on buy out the remaining stock so they declined to accommodate me or the request. I reached out to another location and they accommodate me so at the end of the day they lost out on $150+ and now this discontinued item will just collect dust on their shelvesnn*Update* the store manger contacted me and wanted to know what actually happened I explained what I was asking and what I was looking for. They apologized and I accepted that apology. I will chalk this up as miscommunication.

Should be a choice to put zero stars. Went in to look at some fittings for a gasline. Found 90% of what I needed for the job but not all. Put all the items back and then was questioned on my way out on where all the parts were and asked twice if I put them back. I have never stole anything in my life and will never. Martha and Carol have made me not shop there anymore and will tell as many people I can to steer away as to not be acused of stealing when just shopping.nWorst customer service I have encountered in a long time.

This was my first time going to the Sherwood Park Home Hardware. The store is clean and it had the sale item I was looking for, but it is crowded. The aisles are very narrow, there's so much stuff packed in such a small space and the aisles are not even big enough for a mobility chair user to go up and down. Would i shop there often - no.

Handicap Parking stalls. Automatic Door opens. Staff friendly and helpful. Store carries a lot of merchandise. I like spending time looking through almost everything. They tend to carry different things that other stores don't. Isles are narrow - only 1 cart can just fit down and no one can fit beside. This store carries everything you can imagine. Bbq supplies, paint for everything, housewares, lumber, garden accessories and so much more.
