Should be a choice to put zero stars. Went in to look at some fittings for a gasline. Found 90% of what I needed for the job but not all. Put all the items back and then was questioned on my way out on where all the parts were and asked twice if I put them back. I have never stole anything in my life and will never. Martha and Carol have made me not shop there anymore and will tell as many people I can to steer away as to not be acused of stealing when just shopping.nWorst customer service I have encountered in a long time.

Searching online I found a product at this particular store and when I made the trip it was not in stock.nnUPDATE- these people take customer service seriously. I posted the above review and the next day the owner had responded saying that they'd run out of stock and that a shipment of the product arrived the next day. He then gifted me a tube of the product that I'd been after. I was annoyed when I posted, but now I'm gratified. One other note--I mentioned the situation to a friend in Sherwood Park and he likes that Home Hardware store a lot. He especially likes their prices.

Decent selection if you can find help. Came in the store today was greeted by a man at the customer service desk in his 50s, I left. He wasn't helpful, he wasn't kind, he had an attitude problem and rolled his eyes while asking for a print out of prices. I'd rather deal with a hormonal teenager if that's the customer service at this store. Thank goodness for lots of other building stores in this town.

I called in the morning for shed windows and when I arrived I gave my name and a few minutes later a young man brought them to my truck in the Earls parking lot which is fantastic because my trailer did not fit in their yard. All staff was very friendly and got this done in minutes. Very pleased with this location!

Handicap Parking stalls. Automatic Door opens. Staff friendly and helpful. Store carries a lot of merchandise. I like spending time looking through almost everything. They tend to carry different things that other stores don't. Isles are narrow - only 1 cart can just fit down and no one can fit beside. This store carries everything you can imagine. Bbq supplies, paint for everything, housewares, lumber, garden accessories and so much more.
