I almost never leave reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable.nnI work as an Instacart shopper and also shop here as a regular customer. I arrived before closing around 8:50–8:55 p.m. and was already in line before 9:00 p.m. Instead of simply checking out my order, an employee told me that Instacart shoppers are only allowed to check out around 8:00–8:30 p.m. and said they would only do it “this time.”nnAnother employee then called me over and spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive tone. She asked if I wanted to cancel my order and threatened not to check it out, even though I had already spent 30–40 minutes shopping for a customer. I wasn’t arguing or causing any problems—I was simply trying to complete an order before the store closed.nnWhat upset me the most happened afterward. As I was taking a photo of the store because I intended to leave a review about my experience, one employee made an obscene middle-finger gesture toward me. I was shocked. I never expected such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from store staff.nnI understand employees want to finish their shifts on time, but customers and Instacart shoppers deserve to be treated with basic respect. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I hope management looks into how customers are being treated. It looks like she has some personal issue with me she’s like age of my mother and showing me middle finger it broke my heart like anything

The store has a great variety of groceries and fresh vegetables, and I really appreciate that they price match with most flyers. The staff at the checkout counter were incredibly kind and patient during the price-matching process. I also ran into an issue where I had been logged out of my PC app and couldn’t sign back inbecause of the PC outage as explained by the cashier. I initially suggested not scanning my card, but the she quickly recommended using my phone number instead, and it worked perfectly! Thank you for the excellent service :

Always check the expiry dates on any products. So many times I buy something only to find it goes bad the day after I purchased. Had numerous times where meat purchased here smelled terrible and foul. Staff here almost never greet you and act annoyed that you're buying groceries at a grocery store. This store is a prime example of how Toronto is slowly decaying because nobody cares to do their jobs properly.

Clean store, everything is tidy and stocked. I only bought some water and snacks but produce looks fresh and offer good prices. I will definitely come back if I am nearby

Please update your business hours on Google. Customers are arriving based on the posted schedule only to find you closed — this wastes people’s time and reflects poorly on your business. Keeping your information accurate is a basic part of running a professional operation and showing respect for your clients.
