My best NoFrills ... Fresh Produce, Great and Helpful Staff. Well Arranged aisles ... Well lighted... as far as I know...this is the best NoFrills I have been to... I think at this point with the rate I go there... I'll probably have an award ..nIt's a really great place for grocery shopping. They always have everything in stock

Thanks to Andrew and his staff,the church, where I volunteer, and which had just burned to the ground, we were able to have our monthly dinner for the homeless on June 16 . Andrew came forward when I came to the store, asking for a donation of bread, so we could make sandwiches. We had nothing. He immediately jumped in with his staff and gave me bread, a case of tuna and mayo. The instant generosity and kindness was evident. We are so grateful at St. Anne's for his contribution. Thank you.

If I could give a lower rating based on customer service I would. I just had a very poor experience with a flippant customer service person at this location.nnI tried to exchange a bag of potatoes that I bought last week and every one of them were green. She/they didn’t even make a note of which kind, or scanned them, nothing. She also didn’t care that there was a skid worth of those potatoes in the produce section that could potentially make people sick or cause an issue for the owners of the store. She/they told me if I didn’t have a receipt that they couldn’t help me. This person continued obnoxiously talking to her coworker and barely paid any attention to my daughter and I while we stood there asking for assistance and continued treating us like we weren’t even there.nnWhen I asked if she/they were going to do anything her/their reply was no. When I said I won’t be shopping here any more she said “that’s ok”. This person’s attitude made me so upset that I even cursed on the way out. I don’t expect a lot from No Frills but I didn’t expect to be treated disrespectfully like I was a nuisance for interrupting two co workers gossiping. I’ve never had a problem at any other No Frills for exchanging faulty or rotten product.

This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had in a supermarket. The staff is completely unprofessional and harassing, and even the management is part of this disgraceful behavior. The way customers are treated is unacceptable. I hope someone takes serious action to address this issue and ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Multiple terrible experiences at this store. Customer service ignores you. Back part of store smells like a dead animal. Worst experience, security guard accused me of shoplifting because I had items purchased from the nearby Walmart in my reusable fabric shopping bag. When I told him that they were purchased from Walmart he said “we will scan them to see if they are from this store”. Ridiculous because barcodes are product specific not store specific. There is no way to tell where an item was purchased by scanning a barcode. In the time the security was harassing me some guy snuck out through the entrance with a massive full backpack. The prices at this store are not good enough to justify dealing with so much b.s. in your shopping experience.
