DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! PREJUDICE SECURITY!!!!!nI have filed a complaint in store, with corporate & also filed a complaint with Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario!!nnThis morning Sunday Dec 28th approximately 830amnnI experienced what I believe was racial profiling at this location.nnAs I went to use self-checkout, a security guard stood directly in front of me while I scanned my groceries, creating the clear impression that I was being watched to ensure I would pay for my items.nnWhile hovering over me, he spoke in another language to the self-checkout cashier about the validity of the stickers, further reinforcing the assumption that I was attempting to do something wrong. No other customers were treated this way.nnThe guard only came to the self-checkout area after seeing that I was going to use it, which made the interaction feel targeted and inappropriate. A security guard should not position themselves over a customer in a way that implies dishonesty or theft without cause.nnThis experience was humiliating and left me feeling singled out based on race. This location needs better oversight and proper training to prevent discriminatory treatment.

Nice place for a family grocery shopping. You can find almost all the groceries over here. They have a separate section for Asian foods. The customer service is so excellent. We selected the self checkout option and most of the time we have trouble with the system. The lady over there helped as a lot..

I come here for the crisps that other grocery stores don’t carry, it is clean and less crowded. Just be aware to double check the perishables, I don’t go there for it as I’ve seen expired produce and bake goods. I go to Farm Boy, Loblaws or Summerhilll and Metro for my butcher items and fresh fruits and veggies. You can collect Cineplex points by shopping here

Extremely disappointing customer service. I spent over 30 minutes in the store being given excuses and misinformation, all over a simple rain check for an item that wasn’t in stock—an issue I later learned was due to the product being short-shipped from the warehouse.nnThe manager even claimed that issuing a rain check for five sale items would get him “fired by the store owner.” If the goal is to sell merchandise and keep customers, this is a strange way of showing it.nnWhen I called the next day to speak with the store owner directly, the call was abruptly disconnected.nnOverall, a frustrating experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this store.

Excellent selection and service. Top tier in house HALAL Butcher. Non halal meats available too, in the coolers but Halal meats can be cut to order I live nearby but closer to another grocer, but this place is still my preferred stop.
