Alright, the elephant in the room, this is an expensive place to shop. But, the food is top quality, there is almost always a sample booth set up to promote their own branded products. Which are delicious and worth sampling. The store made goods are excellent and the staff very friendly. The store is packed with goods but doesn't feel cluttered, just a bit overwhelming but worth slowing down and really looking at different items you may have never tried before. It was busy but tolerable.
Apart of the prices that I will not discuss here, in my opinion this is the best supermarket chain. The main part for me is the variety, the selection and the freshness of the fresh produce section. In addition they bring great cuts of meat some not available in other stores. The bakery is really good as well. I totally recommend there natas, which are Portuguese bakery quality. Also a great item is there croissant muffins I think they are called croffins which are just amazing.
A well stocked and merchandised store. Has great prepared food options. And has a large seating area on the upper floor, which is bright and sunny, where you can enjoy your take out meal.
Love farm boy. Some things are pricier, a lot of luxury items are less. If you want to save money, buy your cheese elsewhere. Their cheese is higher quality, but you pay for it.nDefinitely more affordable than roblaws or Longos. Also they have A LOT of house name products that are very tasty.nnThis location is large and well maintained. Always a nice visit.
This will be a little lengthy and all for good reasons. First off these places are Canadian owned and display local vegetables, meats and cheeses as well as a huge variety of other items. Second probably most important in s this. You ever go to a grocery store and ask an employee where something is and they just point to an isle? Well Farm Boy employees bring you to the item your looking for and make sure your satisfied. How awesome is that? Not only a grocery store but they make hot food every day and it’s delicious. Every night the kitchen goes through all produce to make sure all produce is 100% again how amazing is that. Fresh vegetables, meat, cheese every day with local brands from Ontario. I will say it cost a little more but keeping our local growers in business is worth it and the food and product is outstanding. If you have not tried the farm boy experience I suggest try it once and like me you will amazed .
