The young lady by the name of Shinyere in the supplements department made my visit last week wonderful.nShe walked me through the various alternatives and discussed the advantages of each magnesium supplement while I was seeking for one to help with sleep. In the end, I chose one that has significantly improved the quality of my sleep. She was courteous, informed, and sincerely eager to assist.

Love this store.nGot almost everything you need, plus a ton of niche things. Definitely the place to go if you want good quality groceries.

Great place to shop for healthy food and supplements. Free 1 hour parking below ground.nA little pricy at times but decent selection. The main issue I had was I could not find a knowledgeable staff member to ask questions .nI find the store in Thornhill has better staffing and you can always find knowledgeable people to ask questions.nPlease make sure the store has the staff to help out customers this will help sales .

This review is for the online shopping. Many items oatmeal, coconut butter, jam, liquid sweetener are only listed for instore purchase. Defeats the purpose.nThe filter for online searches needs to be refined as it brings up way too many irrelevant results.

Manager of the store Adam never got back to me on the phone when I complained about one of his workers, a lady manager at the store when the incident happened about being rude and threatening towards my 4 year old son with disabilities. Never ever will I shop in this store. Discriminative, horrible experience.nnWe were regular customers, going twice a week to this location since it opened.nTruly disappointed and disgusted.
