Great place to shop for healthy food and supplements. Free 1 hour parking below ground.nA little pricy at times but decent selection. The main issue I had was I could not find a knowledgeable staff member to ask questions .nI find the store in Thornhill has better staffing and you can always find knowledgeable people to ask questions.nPlease make sure the store has the staff to help out customers this will help sales .

Update:nI initially had a frustrating experience with a parking ticket, but after reaching out to customer service, the issue was resolved smoothly. The team was understanding and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate their follow-up and support.nnOh my gosh! What a bad experience with a parking ticket???? I shopped for 20 mins since it says 1 hour free parking. But I got a $100 parking ticket !!!!! There is no clear information and staff can’t help about it!!!!! Of course, I will dispute but too frustrating!

Manager of the store Adam never got back to me on the phone when I complained about one of his workers, a lady manager at the store when the incident happened about being rude and threatening towards my 4 year old son with disabilities. Never ever will I shop in this store. Discriminative, horrible experience.nnWe were regular customers, going twice a week to this location since it opened.nTruly disappointed and disgusted.

Rip-off store. I occasionally checked my receipt and found three items were charged higher prices on one receipt. Lower price labels even there's NOT price label on the shelf but charged higher prices at the cashier, the store manager did nothing and said it's shopper's responsibility to verify the accuracy.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I experienced. As a customer seeking assistance in finding vitamins for my mother, I was ignored and left feeling dismissed as staff walked away without offering any help. This has left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning in the future.
