Rude cashiers, tried to price match, cashier and head cashier turned me away saying that the item has to be “exactly” the same as on flyer. Have you seen flyers list out each and every flavor/ size sale item on flyer? Don’t advertise price match if you are going to give customers a hard time and be far from reasonable.
Very rude and inconsiderate checkout lady. Today I walked in to return some stuff back to no frills. As soon as the lady at the checkout saw that my purchase was from another store she said “you gotta take it back to where you bought it” and threw the items back on the counter. I didn’t know this policy before. She could’ve simply explained this policy nicely to me instead of acting dismissive and throwing the items on the counter. I am very disappointed and will not go back to that store anymore. Hope the management pays more attention to how the staff is treating the customers.
Worked at this No frills for quite some time in the past. I am not surprised by the low reviews. Owner reflects down on employees and I see much hasn’t changed. No frills overall is a good franchise but it really depends on the owners.
The cashier was the rudest person I’ve ever experienced in customer service. Lost me as a customer for sure. Every No Frills I’ve been to has unlocked a cart when I haven’t had a dollar on me. This cashier was rude and insulting. Train your staff properly if they are going to deal with people. Great business model where I went to your opposition and spent $250 because your cashier couldn’t unlock a $1 cart. You lost me as a customer!
Trying to say this in the nicest way But.nYou have employees that do not wear Deodorant.And they smell very, very bad.I was there the other day and it was horrible. I'm sorry, but you guys need to do better.You cannot have employees smelling like that. And your young guys that stalk the shelves after 8 o'clock are very loud and are swearing.
