Pretty good store. The prices are higher than normal. I am happy with the store in general.nLoblaws still has a lot of work to do in keeping their prices down to help the general public. There are many seniors that pick and choose because they can’t afford what’s in one of the supposed cheaper stores in Toronto.nOverall, clean, friendly, helpful

This location has a strict no refund/no exchange policy on cut flowers and Garden Centre products. Purchased bouquet - only upon opening at home discovered how dead the flowers were. Showed owner following morning and he acknowledged they were dead but reiterated policy. Into conversation, he offered exchange but then realized all similar remaining bouquets were also dead and full- price. Once he realized the state of what he is/was selling, he then offered exchange with a higher priced bouquet. When I asked why he continues to sell dead products, he said it was the vendor not him.

She earns EASY MONEY.This location has big employee behaviours especially in Self-payment sections. In daytime, Black lady in self-payment section, I needed help about no number on the vegetable and then she didn’t let me info about numbers, just looked away screen and then she just smiling,kept smiling, kept smiling. Good job,easy money, less EMPLOYEE EDUCATED.nThis guys must learn too much things before hiring.nNever again this location!

They limit price matching to a shorter list of stores. While other No frills store price matched to more grocery stores. We found out after going through the line up and didn't end up buying the product we planned to price match.

Some of the staff are friendly, but most of them are very rude. The older produce guy is the rudest of all. Maybe the owners should tell him to shape up and act professional or get another job. Some of the cashiers need to be taught proper customer service
