Dairy Queen (Treat Only)

Zero stars if I could for the disgusting behavior of the staff today. My wife was there with our 3 year old son and accidentally left her phone. Not long after she realized and returned.nnThe staff insisted there wasn’t a phone turned in. My wife went home and checked the “Find my iPhone” feature which placed it still at the Dairy Queen. My wife returned to the store and advised the staff of this while also calling the phone from another phone. At this point she could hear the phone ringing. The staff finally turned the phone over.nnTHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!

Best Dairy Queen in Toronto period. Park your car behind overlooking the hills onto the Downtown Toronto skyline views . This place always reminds me the incredible view of New York City from the hills of the New Jersey side.

Service was incredibly slow and it was not busy at all. There was one family ahead if us yet we waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Products are always over priced.

This is the best DQ in all of Toronto. They never skimp on stuff in the blizzards which is what I always get. Other locations like the Chinatown one give you like one table spoon of filling but this place is generous and that's the main reason I come here.

Great service, all of their frozen treats are really good, and the sundaes tastes fresh with a nice smooth texture. Only bad thing about the store itself is the interior, as it looks very outdated and is not big at all. Definitely not a big deal since the wait isn't that long and service is usually good, but it could help customers feel more relaxed and enjoy their ice cream more.
