Came in to get my next car. First time here & won't be my last. Armin is amazing, he took care of all the details & even went above & beyond. He made sure the car was tip top shape even had it serviced before I received it. Will be telling all my friends if they want a great deal & excellent service.
I’m someone that likes to switch my vehicles every few years and have visited many smaller dealerships over the years. I found myself in the position of needing a vehicle quickly, and purchased on trust sight unseen. I can say honestly that you won’t go wrong purchasing from this family owned business. The vehicle I purchased was like new clean and in amazing shape for a used vehicle. I dealt mostly with Emmanuel, and his personal passion for fine cars shows in the vehicles that he provides. Emmanuel was very transparent and not pushy about getting a sale. I would recommend this business to any friend .
Wasn't a good experience at all. Purchased a vehicle and on the third day of owning it the vehicle wouldn't start and then the engine light went on. They were good enough to come and pick the vehicle up from my house and take it back to their dealership, but after nearly 3 weeks of the vehicle being in their possession and me reaching out in vain several times to get the vehicle fixed and returned to me, as well as them not caring enough to contact me about the status of the vehicle at any point, I just asked for my money back. This "family owned" dealership did not make me feel like they cared about me as a client, or the circumstances surrounding me not having that vehicle to get to and from work ... this was my first and last time I will have anything to do with Downsview Place Auto Group Inc. PS - I don't need an "apology" for my experience from Eddy the owner or Emmanuel the son ... just do better!!
I cannot say enough great things about Emmanuel at Downsview Place Auto Group! He is professional, patient, really, really knows his vehicles and is a wizard at the paperwork. Downsview has a lot of great vehicles in stock. I was treated with the utmost respect, which I really appreciated and give a huge thumbs up to Emmanuel for answering every single question I had with patience, professionalism and some very, good humour. I highly recommend this organization!
Exceptional customer service by Emmanuel. Had the car cleaned and ready for the appointment. Very knowledgeable on his vehicles and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend visiting him and his store. Great family run business with amazing selection of vehicles!
Just picked up my Infiniti from Armin Ghadimi, I was very satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end. He helped me understand everything about my purchase and vehicle before I made any decisions. Everything went according to plan and I didn’t have much time so he helped gather everything I needed ahead of time. Thanks Armin so much for all your help I’ve never had such a smooth vehicle purchase this good before.
I bought my car thru Armen early in the month, he was very helpful and the process was smooth. I have a small trouble a couple days ago and I called Armen, he asked me to bring my car today to check it. And he has someone to fixed it real quick! Also did some buff and detailing: looks like a brand new car now.
I've purchased the 2017 x5 from Downsview Place and I can't thank enough to Emil and Avi! Out of many different dealerships, they had the best price for the awesome condition of the car and the purchase process couldn't be this easy! Emil has prepared all the things including financing to getting car ready only in 2 days and it was super smooth as well. There wasn't any of hidden fees and was straight forward that I was very comfortable to sign and be the new owner of this vehicle. Thank you again both to Emil and Avi again and let's keep in touch!
