I had to watch the manger today helping her own people by giving them a coupon for free at the cash. She walked away got the coupon and came back and put it in for them. Before that I Asked for small discount for chip glass house she looked at me and said no . I was hurt to see how she treated her people better then me and I told her I will complain about her cuz I seen and heard all their conversations because they were beside me. I took a pic of her and I’m going to post it. I spent more 180 dollars and actually this is my average every time I visit the store. How she’s allowed to do that. That wasn’t fair she’s nasty and Im so annoyed.
You can find a lot of special items at really amazing prices, like the dishes in the picture that are handmade in Japan
On the 13th of April, I bought a watch in the store at the Wilson and Keel, Ontario Branch, the management signed a paper saying that I had 24 hours to return the watch, and they would not give back any money, I agreed.nI came back the next day to return the watch as it did not function I had already bought batteries for the watch.nI went to return the item and the manager told me that I had to pick an item of equivalent value, which is understandable. But noted that it must be purchased now. I then noted that there is no item of interest to me in the store at the moment and to please provide me with a gift card or some sort of voucher to come back at a later date, I was then told that is the store policy or there will be no refund at all.
Great reduced prices. Yes camping equipment and fishing gear
Mixed feelings with this location. On the one hand, have found great finds there at reasonable prices, on the other hand the items are priced either reasonable or plain ludicrous. Not sure if its just some employee who overprices a bunch of things but sometimes an item will be the same price as it originally cost and the item is in very poor shape.nnA suggestion, if you want to price items over $50 then keep them behind the counter, that way at least the item will survive long enough to still be worth $50 when the customer willing to pay that comes along.
