I want to recognize Florencia in the Cosmetic/Fragrance department for her outstanding customer service. She sold me a fragrance that was a complete blind buy and I absolutely loved it! The fragrance I purchased was Jimmy Choo Illicit from the $21.99 display case. She was so polite and offered complementary perfume samples along with my purchase as well as offered me an option of signing up for email alerts when fragrances go on sale. I would be returning soon to this location and purchase more fragrances.
I was buying perfume, and Pina, who was working in the perfume section, was not very polite. When I asked to try some perfumes, she left right after I asked for a moment to try another one. I then had to search for her throughout the store. I only tried three perfumes.nnDuring checkout, I asked her for a gift receipt, but she didn’t provide it. When I later asked for it again, she told me that since the checkout was already closed, I would lose my points if I wanted to get the gift receipt. I didn’t want to lose my points, so now I have to give the gift without a gift receipt, which is quite uncomfortable. She didn’t seem to care at all.
Be aware when you go to this location. I went to this location with my friend and like 5 minutes after we walked in, someone paged security to scan the store. My friend and I was looking at deodorant, shampoo, pads etc.. just basic necessities. We were around a couple workers too while shopping and we were just talking to each other about which products are good/bad and what we use. Out of nowhere there was a man, jeans and a hoodie, staring and following us. He was smiling and his eyes were open wide. He had no security label around him and so we assumed he was a weird guy who was following us. We were creeped out so we went to pay and left. After we left, I decided to go back and ask some questions because it genuinely scared me and my friend. The lady I went to wasn’t very understanding and she made it sound like we were the problem. I guess to them, if you see young adults shopping, it’s a sign that they’re going to steal.
I pick up my medications on this site, but bec the pharmacy that i went to for ages is out of stock, the staff look like they don’t listen to or about your history in terms of insurance. They keep telling me they are going to be audited, but when i spoke to my insurance, that was hearsay. They didn’t understand. We have 2 kinds of insurance for me and my husband, but unfortunately, my insurance still needs authorization from my doctor , so my old pharmacy used my husband's benefits for a long time, and they never audited them why shopper drug mart keele and wilson To many questions and end up they don’t use our insurance instead i paid the full amount. I decided to move to another shopper but what they did also told others pharmacies about our insurance!!! Which they invade my privacy and confidentiality. I’m really upset….
Nice enough location. Their cosmetic section is very sparse...it could be based on the clientele this location typically serves but I was very disappointed to find their selection was so limited.nnI went there to particularly purchase Sally Hansen Gel nail polish...but they didn’t sell it.nnI’ve been purchasing Sally Hansen Gel polish for quite some time; so I realize different locations carry different shades and selection.nnThis shoppers drug mart location had none!nnI’m very disappointed...
