I've been a loyal customer for more than a decade. But I can not stand the fact that even though they post their closing time, ten minutes to the hour, or less, you have to argue your way into the store. Stop refusing clients from entering before closing time. As long as a customer arrives prior to the posted closing time, they should be granted entry. Business ethics 101. And now that they've stopped stocking Edge Booster, I've opted to going to the other shop at the neighboring plaza. Didn't know they sell it in the larger jar too! Even more of an incentive! Customer service needs to be greatly improved. I'll still return as I have points to claim

There are lots of options at reasonable prices. SHOUT OUT To Shakima!!!! She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the various hair brands and types.

I'm very dissipointed. I bought 2 packs of weft hair extensions, the one behind the counter. They gived me a the one behind the counter and they said human hair and high quality. I spend over $300 and I had professionally installed.nAbsolutely the most cheapest and the lowest quality ever,and not human hair at all.nPlease don't waste your money to buy the ones behind the counter .nNever going back

The young lady who worked there was very friendly, informative and helpful. She helped me find products I needed to do soemthing I’ve never done before.nnUnfortunately, the cashier was less than civil. As a language learner I understand that misunderstandings happen when speaking a language other than your mother tongue, however, what I cannot abide by is disrespect. I had purchased something from her, had to ask her to give my phone number but completed my transaction. My mother was next, she does not have an account so I said, oh can I give my number. The cashier told me to wait and kept gesturing at my mom to just pay. I clarified that I want to use my number for her points. She grabs my receipt and tells me to wait. At this point I’m beyond baffled. I inform her that this is my mom, and she’s going to use my account. She becomes exasperated and says I need to wait. She is here and she will do this first. My mom than says, why is she talking to you this way. I ask her back for my receipt which she doesn’t seem to want to give me. She finally does and my mom advocates her rights as the consumer and decided that the level of disrespect did not warrant them receiving our money so we left the store.nnI find it very concerning that there seems to be a consistent done of condescension, dismissal and disrespect in these BSW stores that service the black community. Please do not work in a community and service a community that you only have contempt towards.

I came there today at 5:50pm. I made a purchase of $65 of shampoo and hair products. And after I checked out, I wanted to buy a lip bam, the Asian lady treated me like I was about to steal the lip bam, she even accused me to open the lip bam. I felt very offended for a $2 lip bam, I felt that I was treated that way because I was black. I felt very humiliated and embarrassed. This is racism and not acceptable. The fact that I am black doesn’t mean I am a thief. This is my last time I will visit this store.
