Always a positive experience here. The store is well kept, well stocked, and well organized. I have come here on multiple occasions and Lauren has always been both helpful and pleasant. My favourite Pet Valu location by far.

Brought my dog for grooming and happy with how he looked. Girls during the day were very knowledgeable. Overall, good customer service

Do not take your dog here!!!! We have usually taken her here and last time she came back with her ears scratched. The groomer said that she was sensitive. It was minor so just recently she went in for another grooming appointment. When my sister picked her up she was at a shock, her tail was bleeding. She asked for an explanation and once again the groomed said that he only brushed it and she started to bleed. This is a lie indeed! There is no way you dog comes with her tip of her tail skinned off by just brushing! We took her to the vet and there could be a possibility that she may need to get the tip of her tail amputated! Also, the vet mentioned that this incident was not due to brushing (of course) and that it looks like they banged it pretty hard. Incidental or not it is done. My dog suffered the conquences and she is definitely not going back there again. For people who deal with pets, they should be more considerate and sensitive to every dog. I can only imagine how much she cried when this happened to her. So words of advice, if you love your dog do not take your dog here.
