Great place to visit. There doesn't seem to be a lot of 1920's heritage villages. Some buildings were closed because they were setting up for a haunted Halloween wall. Would go here again. Looking forward to seeing it in Winter.

Awesome place for the family. So many activities for the kids, they often get worn out before they can make it through them all. Their best events are Halloween, Christmas and Easter. Their volunteers are amazing and really make this a special place for kids and families.

I've been here on two occasions. Once I went to a field trip with my son, in kindergarten. It was lovely. Santa came for a visit and everything. The second time was a wedding. It was like a whole new place. They adapt very well to different events. Lovely place.

Nice place to visit and learn about rural life back in the day. The site itself has clearly seen budget cuts and some of it has seen better days. The large garden patches for example were left unattended and just filled with overgrown weeds. There also weren't any entertainers on-site and we're told there used to be staff everywhere to provide information and activities so a lot of our visit was trying to figure out what that large machine did. There's very little information provided otherwise. There are plenty of picnic tables so bring a lunch. It should take a few hours to walk around and see everything.

The museum was much bigger than I was expecting. It's made up of old buildings and houses which have been relocated to their site. You can explore each building and learn about the early history of the area. There are washrooms on site as well as a snack bar and a water cooler where you could refill a water bottle. There is a small assortment of live stock as well. The staff we met were very informative, friendly and very welcoming.
