Nice gym. Cheaper membership than most other places around. Also offers basketball and swimming.

Okay. I am rating as I am going there till now with no difficulty. I was going two days in the swimming lesson for my and found it is not good for a kid who had no previous experience of water. My son was even not going to water and the instracter do nothing for those kinds of kids!!! Therefore, I just started to teach my Son and now he is doing well. Going to the pool and learning!

I used this gym for years when living in Ottawa and loved it. The classes are great I used to love Adam's cycling class! and the equipment is kept in good shape and they had everything I needed. It's also a better price for the membership than GoodLife at least it was a few years ago!. Staff are also super friendly. I never had any complaints and would recommend.

Decent enough. Gym equipment is kinda old and it shoes. Not super well-kept and clean, but not awful either. Does the job, but if you’re looking exclusively for a gym to workout in, theres better places nearby.

I have never tried anywhere else and I don't think I will try anywhere else as long as this beautiful place exists.nI am surprised by the negative comments because everything here is wonderful.
