This is a great personal training service for those who can afford it. The trainers are knowledgeable and get to know you, your limitations, and goals personally and push you to achieve.

Started off with the introductory 8 classes and fell in love. Shout out to Abby and Brad who makes me feel very motivated at all times. Even when it is an excersize that may be very challenging to me.

had just started and I was ready for all my New Years resolutions! At the top of the list was Get back in Shape!!! I had surgery on my shoulder in October and lost a lot of muscle. I was pleased to hear Free Form Fitness had arrived in my neighbourhood. I can walk there in 20 minutes and get a fantastic work out in just 30 minutes! The staff are always so helpful and friendly and I always leave there feeling great! Sore but great!

By far the best facility around.  This new location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself.  From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FFF to anyone.  I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility.  Thank you FFF!
