Great Costco location! A bit busy but well-organized, and checkout is usually quick. Fresh produce and quality meat at great prices. Parking gets crowded, so it’s best to go early. Can’t leave without grabbing a $1.50 hot dog!

Costco never disappoints with its incredible variety of goods and consistent quality across all departments—from fresh produce and bakery items to electronics, clothing, and home essentials.nnWhat really stands out at this particular branch, however, is how well-organized and efficiently run it is compared to other locations like Downsview or Vaughan. The layout makes shopping much smoother, and the shelves are always neatly stocked, making it easy to find what you need.nnStaff are helpful and checkouts are usually quick. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience every time!

This Costco used to be one of the major retail spots in Richmond Hill back in the day. It was convenient, clean, and a great place to shop.nnHowever, over the years, the population in Richmond Hill has grown rapidly, and unfortunately, Costco has not expanded with it, there are still no additional branches in the area. As a result, this location has become extremely overcrowded.nnThe parking situation is a nightmare. It’s complete chaos trying to find a spot, sometimes you have to circle around for 20 to 30 minutes just to park.nnOn top of that, the parking lot is very poorly organized. People leave their shopping carts all over the place!nnIn fact, last year, a loose cart rolled into my car and left a dent in the door. No one took responsibility, and I was left to deal with the damage myself.nnCostco really needs to take more action to protect its customers and their vehicles in the parking lot. Installing security cameras and clear signage reminding people to return their carts to the designated areas could help. Some customers might simply not be aware of what they’re supposed to do. And ultimately, the best way to solve the loose cart problem is to introduce a coin-deposit system like many other retailers have. This would motivate people to return their carts properly.nnCostco also needs to consider adding more locations in the area to reduce the pressure on this store. As it stands, shopping here has become more frustrating than convenient.

Costco’s snow crabs are excellent—sweet, tender, and full of meat. They’re a great value compared to restaurants, and easy to cook at home. Fresh taste, good quality, and definitely worth buying!
