We bought a Mini from MINI Markham last month. They are one of the best car dealers I have been to. Our sales person was Robin, he gave us the best possible price compare to other locations, he is friendly and not pushy. I would recommend them!

I had purchased 2 vehicles here. I had received great service from the sales people. However, getting the car serviced is a different story. Before my car was written off, I had dealt with an advisor who was pleasant and sympathetic to my situation. I requested for a loaner car, but nothing was available so I was given a rental that was in a rough shape (warning lights were on) for a week. When I called to complain, I was promised a mini or BMW by the advisor. Great! But the next day I didn't hear from him, since he had to be off due to some unforeseen circumstances. Subsequently an assistant manager took over his place. First, I didn't get the car that was promised. Why didn't he communicate with the advisor? Then on the day when I have to pick up my belongings from my car (car wasn't salvageable and had to be towed away), I was hit with a bill for a charge on a service that I did not authorize. Had to argue for a long while and in the end they still made me pay for half. Initially I had no intention to take it to google review. However, weeks ago I received an email notification that I should be given a survey on my service experience. Until today there's still no survey, so I'll just put my comments here. It's very unfortunate and disappointing that I have gotten more grief than help during a difficult time. I don't wish anyone has to go through what I did.

We had a great experience with Cheryl: we spent a lot of time asking questions and she was great at answering everything. She really understood our needs and the transaction was really smooth! Loving our new car! Thank you Cheryl!!!!!

Worst vehicle pick up experience ever!!! The only reason why it is even at 3 stars is due to our sales rep (Robin) and the sales manager's efforts in trying to fix the mess caused by the Business Manager. Instead of spending all our time trying to get us to buy the extras - why don't you review the details of the vehicle delivery requirements. Our vehicle was leased so it needed a $2M insurance liability which we weren't told of until we walked into to pick up our vehicle. This clause wasn't in any of our paperwork (I checked it again). Apparently, our paperwork wasn't even reviewed until the morning we came to pick up our vehicle (even though the paperwork was signed a week earlier) and that's when they caught their oop's. We couldn't get the insurance set up in a matter of a few minutes. The Business Manager then had the audacity to basically say "too bad", we weren't getting the vehicle until we had that insurance clause. No apologies - nothing. We were so infuriated we almost walked out the door. The Sales Department had to smooth things over with us to salvage the deal. Stellar sales group - worst Business Manager ever. Unprofessional and negligent.

I just purchased my first mini! I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and leaving with the car and the payment plan that I was comfortable with! I would definitely work with her again, awesome first car buying experience.
