This review is solely for the garden center, never in my life have i seen sooo many sad and wilting plants. I dont know how they can sell them in this condition...they had some nice roses but sadly they were all dying and in need of serious help. The workers were just standing around and not watering them. My pictures speak for themselves.
I bought a spray sunscreen, but it was flammable and could not be put on the plane or checked in. I immediately returned it and then went to buy some coated ones. However, the cashier told me that it could not be returned, and she told her colleague next to me that I had bought several bottles of spray this morning and was returning them to buy so many coated ones. He put my stuff aside for someone else to count, and then he did it for me, and he ended up writing something on my list. And the tax is still at the original price, not after the tax. I don't understand, is this the Wal-Mart company rules that if you buy something wrong, you can't return it if you exchange it for another kind?
Amazing customer service from Emma! Emma went above and beyond to help me. I needed an item for a baby shower but could not find it. Emma was organizing a different department but did not hesitate to help me in the infants department. She used the store scanner to make sure she had all the details of the product and, while on the phone with another Walmart location, she checked inventory storage in the back of the store and looked over the entire department to find what I was looking for. I have never had someone so committed to making sure I had the product I was looking for. Emma was extremely friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. I am sooo grateful Emma found the product! I actually hugged her when she did! I drove quite a distance to get to the store so I appreciate with all my heart all the work Emma did to find what I was looking for and she did it with such a beautiful smile and amazing positive attitude.
I, for one, NEVER purchase items I do not need, hence never have go through the returns process. Well, today I had mistakenly purchased something incorrectly. Proceeded to go to this JOKE of a customer service returns area and the lady working the counter had the audacity to go off and tell me "if you don't need it, don't buy it." Excuse me lady? Did you just tell a paying customer what to do? Your job is to ensure your "Walmart Customer Service Standard", not to give your customer unsolicited life advice. Your returns department is a miserable joke. How that department is still operating is baffling to me. You don't get to tell your customers what to do. Get over yourselves, you miserable lot.
around 14:57pm on Dec/18/2022. Try to buy Walmart gift card from customer service, the lady who works there was so rude and out of patience, she told me don’t have gift card here. When I try to ask where I can purchase one, she doesn’t even bother to look at me and give me a direction !! She said she need to serve the lady who lined behind me !!! So rude! !! I usually like to shopping this location, met so many staff who are very kind and willing to help like Thushaan and Thomas, helped me carry 9 bags of garden soils to my car last summer ! but this time definitely the worse experience ever, this is not the right way to treat customers ! Very disappointed !
Very unclear on Walmarts hiring policies but maybe they should definitely have a better training program this man claimed to work for Walmart security department but all he did was hover at the cash register which is staffed by a Walmart employee, if someone is actually looking to steal a large item then self check out would be the best option. We purchased a large item as to which the cashier verified it was scanned in but this man took our receipt from the cashier without even asking us. First off if the cashier isn’t scanning things properly that’s not for him to embarrass customers and subject them to discrimination without a valid reason until the customer has left the store and in fact stole something then you can do your job but when a customer actually pays for there items your actions on behalf of Walmart is unacceptable. To make matters even worse when I asked for his name he responded he doesn’t have to provide it to me, so sad this is what happens at Walmart when you actually pay for your items
Extremely disappointed with Walmart discontinuing price matching and raising prices on everything they would find. We Canadians need to stop supporting this American giant and we're not stupid to do business with your lies. Last year, they had brought several events of $1.99 on their 12 pack eggs and this year they want to fool us to believe $3.47 is a deal. We're not stupid to do further business. They have raised their vegetable price oil from $7 to $17. Shame on Walmart Canada for your greediness. You can do much better than this. They're taking advantage of us customers. Will never fo business with Walmart.
So first I'd like to say I like the cleanliness of this location. Prices r fine. My PROBLEM with this location is the terrible customer service. In the dairy section a young male associate was working and as I was about to enter between his pallet of boxes and the fridge when he walked right in front of me, not allowing me to shop for my product. No apology, no awareness that may e the customers co.e 1st!?!? It's happened many times to me and to others I've seen. Without customers you have nothing. To treat your customers with such disrespect, disregard shows a lot of character less employees who should give up their jobs to those who would appreciate it more.
I recently went to this Walmart for an interview, but there was no manager available. Someone wrote down my contact information, but I did not hear from anyone. I'm very disappointed and mad about this situation. I got up early and wasted my time. That was very unprofessional. I'm never shopping here again. Be aware!
First time to this Walmart location. Very nice here with separate entrance to Food and Fashion or home and pharmacy so you don't need to walk so far off to have to get in from one entrance which some of the Walmarts are like that. There is also a McDonald's and public washrooms.
