Very bad customer service. Some suits looks like we're used before. Messy. Expensive. Not up to date. Waste of time!!!

In the past we had bought 2 suits and was pleased. Just bought a suit for my husband today. The sales associates that helped us (Akash and Gary) were really friendly and helpful. Great service!

Love this place! always great service from very professional staff. Go see Gary! He is awesome and was such a big help to my entire groomsmen group of 10 people.

This store is not what I remember it to be. A lot of designs are not up to date or trendy. Their price is also not competitive. I only gave it a 3 since the service seems to always be there where they'll help you measure and pick out clothing that fits which I really appreciate.

Walking around this location you see lots of nice things. Even the sales associates are well dressed. The whole thing creates an appearance that you shouldn't necessarily walk out of the doors with. I was a groomsman for a wedding and we rented tuxdedos from this location. For 3 of the 5 groomsman it seemed as though the clothing provided was really baggy and a size too big. We didn't even get french cuffed shirts even though they were requested. And the awkward part about that is that they provided us cuff links! I am aware: when you're renting the clothes may not fit perfectly. But the issues we faced has made me rethink the whole idea of having to rent clothes in the future. If you have to BUY a suit I'm sure you'll find something here that works for you.
