HomeSense never disappoints, and this location has quickly become one of my favorite spots to browse and shop. Every time I walk in, I’m immediately impressed by how well-organized and inviting the store is. Whether you're just window shopping or on the hunt for something specific, it’s hard not to leave with a cart full of treasures.nnThe variety here is fantastic — from home décor and kitchenware to furniture, artwork, and seasonal items, there's truly something for every taste and budget. I especially appreciate how often they rotate their stock, so every visit feels like a new experience. There’s always something unique to discover.nnOn this particular trip, I was thrilled to find a perfume that I absolutely love — a scent I haven’t been able to find anywhere else and at an amazing price too. Their beauty section is low-key one of the best-kept secrets for finding quality products at a great value. They had a surprisingly wide range of perfumes, skincare items, and even some high-end brands mixed in.nnCustomer service was also excellent. Staff were visible, easy to flag down, and super friendly. I had a quick question at checkout and the associate was helpful, polite, and got me through the line in no time. Even though the store was a bit busy, everything moved quickly and efficiently, which made for an even better shopping experience.nnOverall, this HomeSense location is a gem — great finds, great service, and just a fun place to shop. If you enjoy discovering beautiful, well-priced items for your home or yourself, definitely check it out. Highly recommend!

I recently returned a table at this location, within the return window, with my receipt, no damage, no issues. The table was disassembled when we purchased it and we brought it back exactly the same way.nnAssistant manager Stacey had a terrible attitude from the start over a simple return. She invented a policy on the spot, insisting furniture could not be returned unless it met some assembly-related condition that does not exist anywhere in Homesense’s published return guidelines. We returned it in the exact condition we bought it in, so even by her made-up standard we were in the clear.nnTo make matters worse, she got on her radio right in front of us and said “what are we going to do with this table,” making no effort to hide her annoyance. Completely unprofessional for someone in a management role. We were paying customers making a legitimate return and were treated poorly over something that should have been straightforward.nnIf you are buying larger furniture or anything you might need to return, shop elsewhere. Assistant managers need to actually know store policy and, more importantly, how to treat people.nnThe rest of the staff are pleasant, friendly, and helpful!

The McCrowan store is nice, price is reasonable. Found my favorite rose soap bar, bathroom accessories. Will discover more for their kitchen items. Will come back again!

This review reflects my experience specifically with the assistant manager, Stacey. I have no concerns with the product selection or with other customer service staff at this location.nnWhen we returned a dining room table that did not fit our home, Stacey was immediately cold and spoke to us with an unwelcoming attitude. Her tone came across as passive-aggressive, even though there were no issues with our return—it was within the allowed timeframe, and all parts were included. What should have been a straightforward process turned into an uncomfortable interaction that left a negative impression.nnBased on this experience, I would consider visiting other Homesense locations in the future, solely due to the assistant manager’s attitude.

I came looking for autumn and Halloween decorations and décor, and there was no shortage of either! The selections were mind-boggling, and it definitely was enjoyable to browse the different aisles. There are some creative and beautiful items, from plates to mugs, glasses, pillows, vases, and even pumpkin spice products for pumpkin lovers! Definitely cheaper to make your own PSL pumpkin spice latte at home! Several of my friends love shopping at HomeSense, so this is the spot for picking up gift cards as well. Parking is free but can be busy on weekends, as the plaza has several other businesses.
