The first thing I do not understand is their operation hours. They are extremely short and one cannot always make it in their 3 hour window. They do not have a WEBSITE, you would think a country advertised as wealthy would have a well working website for residents or former residents living outside the UAE but no. Please be considerate of everyone and be inclusive and make the customer service more smooth by providing an official informative website. Thank you.

Gave me wrong info, they just like to give people hard time. I live in Burlington and asked the lady if my document can be ready by today so I'll wait for it rather then going Burlington and coming back! She replied it will take 2 days. Same day when I reached home in Burlington, I was called that my letter is ready. I had to take another day off. Security guy is very rude too.
