What an amazing experience it was!!! Very helpful staff and pleasant service. Went to re-issue my passport and they just took 2 hours flat for a new booklet. Thanks a lot everyone at CGI.

Got my daughter's new passport in 3 hours flat.. Make sure your documentation is complete.. The service is world class much better than many other consulates I have encountered..

The Indian mentality is all around the place. The atmosphere is full of slaved British colonial past. Pathetic customer service as they ask for such irrelevant documents which has no base to the given application as if they want to write a thesis on your life. Right of privacy do not exit and on top of that one has to run around to get photocopies whereas other government offices are equipped with photocopies on the premises to ease people in their quest to provide plethora of unnecessary documents. Just to add do not get the driving license attestation as the drive test do not accept it and it's a waste of time. Experience the incredible India at your own expense.

Pathetic service. First of all their systems are not working and it takes more than 24 hrs to get fixed. And secondly If u ask for a license experience letter all they give u is a sworn affidavit which is not accepted anywhere. Atleast dont waste someone’s money and time. Not only this you guys are marking another shame for india.
