Consulate General of Chile

En este lugar siempre te atienden amablemente. Siempre que necesito algun papel de Chile voy a este lugar. Lo unico malo es que deberian contratar una persona mas pues a veces esta lleno, aunque tambien me ha tocado ir cuando no hay nadie. Algunos compatriotas catalogan mal esta oficina pues van a pedir informacion de como quedarse en Canada al consulado chileno, siendo que el consulado de Chile solo ve temas de Chile, no de Canada. Too much despacito. I’ve been to this consulate office several times and you have absolutely no chance of ever doing anything in less than an hour. It is the most understaffed office I have ever seen. I arrived at 10:00 and waited one hour for them to attend ONE number; and there were 15 people waiting. It’s an embarrassment for Chile and as a Long term Chilean resident, I apologise to anyone that has to deal with this pitiful and inadequate consulate.

This place needs more staff. It's basically one person behind the counter with 15+ people waiting in the room to be helped. I waited well over 2hours to finally be served and their were only 5 people in front of me. Please hire more staff to speed up the process.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The secretary is rude and so is most of the staff with little or no will to help or give direction in any way. I would complain to who ever it is that are their superiors.

La peor atención del mundo, las personas que 'trabajan' ahí son gente floja y mal educadas. Se sientan a conversar entre ellas y se demoran en atender. Dejan de entregar números a las 12 aunque tengan a un par de personas esperando y se enojan cuando les preguntas por uno y te preguntan que por que no llegaste más temprano. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!!
