This place is closed due to not enough money for rent. Wonderful. Five stars! Frankly, something is weird, I cannot understand how it can be possibly possible. P.S. They always called me back when I left a message, and they always helped to my Mother by fixing minor domain-specific (they are indeed lawyers!) problems in papers. So unfortunate seeing bad reviews here. Indeed they are 240x times better than consulate at 240 St. George :)

They have very bad website. Almost all information on their website is incorrect. Try to come there in person to find out about the latest updates in the process of getting a passport.

BEWARE, the is no service by official address posted on the website!!!! I have been waiting for my appointment (which has been booked on the official website) for months... and now there is no office on Bloor street, there is a deserted 8th floor with plastic covered elevator door. Actually to know the new address you should spend time on their website to find a side note. It is absolutely unacceptable, the worst experience ever.

This place is no longer at this location. It has moved to 7851 Dufferin Street, Vaughan. I went there this morning.

If were possible , I would give no star, not even one,Its been a few months, but here online they still posting an old address! Besides while they were open, the customer service is horrible, people who work there were extremly rude! What a real face of Russia! I only need some small paper work, I guess just go to Ottawa. Otherwise , at least the could rent a new place in a such big city as Toronto, where their service still neede by people here..Big shame..
