Consulate General Of The Russian Federation

Visited the Consulate General in Toronto on Friday to apply for a new biometric passport. My impressions are entirely positive. Wonderful people work here, and they have a great sense of humor. I was very nervous about how I would be received, but everything went perfectly. Even the voice from the doorway was joking non-stop, such a great sense of humor. Olga Adamovna is an exceptionally kind and professional specialist.nnAttaching the form for filling out the envelope for the return delivery of your documents.

nnTerrible guest etiquette.nnShowed up uninvited to a neighboring country, refused to leave, ignored every complaint, and somehow expected a five-star review afterward.nnWould not recommend. Please try respecting international borders next time.

This is the most ridiculous and poorly organized consulate system I have ever seen in my life. We had an appointment at 12:50 PM, but they didn’t let us in until 1:50 PM. There was no proper communication, no respect for people’s time, and the whole process felt extremely unprofessional. People arrange their schedules around these appointments, yet they keep everyone waiting for over an hour without any explanation. Very disappointing experience.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my deep gratitude to very kind, knowledgeable and experienced Olga Khlebnikova for her great work, and to General Consulat management for the high level of organization! My Best Wishes, Valeriy

Thank you Olga for your great assistance! Very polite, very kind person!nMy appointment went smoothly, fast. No line up.
